Fresh Large Prawns (35–40 Pieces) – Everyday Size for Curries & Biryani
Large Prawns (35–40 pieces per kg) are a practical, everyday prawn size widely used across Pakistan for curries, biryani, stir-fries, and masala dishes. These prawns offer a balanced texture—tender yet firm enough to hold shape during cooking—making them ideal for recipes that require longer simmering.
Their flavor is mildly sweet and clean, allowing spices to shine without overpowering the dish. Because of their smaller individual size, they distribute evenly in gravies and rice dishes, ensuring consistent taste in every bite. This makes 35–40 size prawns a preferred choice for family meals and regular home cooking.
At Anbar Fish, Large Prawns are freshly cleaned, hygienically processed, and delivered through a nationwide cold-chain system, ensuring quality and freshness anywhere in Pakistan.
