Fresh Prawns (30–35 Pieces) – Balanced Size for Curries & Everyday Cooking
Prawns (30–35 pieces per kg) are a balanced, versatile prawn size widely used across Pakistan for curries, karahi, stir-fries, and regular home cooking. They are slightly larger than everyday small prawns, offering a better bite and juicier texture while still blending well into gravies.
The meat is tender with a mild natural sweetness, allowing spices to coat evenly without overpowering the prawn’s own flavor. This size performs especially well in dishes where prawns are cooked in masala but not overcooked, making it a dependable option for both lunch and dinner meals.
At Anbar Fish, 30–35 size prawns are freshly cleaned, hygienically processed, and delivered via nationwide cold-chain logistics, ensuring consistent quality anywhere in Pakistan.
